OUR COMMITMENT TO COLORADO

The Â鶹Éç is committed to making sure all of Colorado’s students have access to a high-quality university education, regardless of their financial situation.

In the Fall 2011, CSU launched a financial aid program to assist lower- and middle-income students with tuition and fees. With this commitment, CSU is making it clear to parents and families that a university education is an option for all youth.

General Eligibility: Students must be a Colorado resident, undergraduate, pursuingÌýtheir first Bachelor’s degree. Campuses have additional eligibility requirements.

CSU’s Colorado Tuition Assistance Grant packages state, federal and university aid to cover 100 percent of tuition and fees for eligible Colorado students who qualify for the Federal Pell Grant.Ìý

First-time students from Colorado who complete their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and attend full-time (at least 12 credits) are eligible for free tuition (after all other financial aid awards including, state and federal grants, and all CSU Pueblo institutional grants and scholarships) through the Colorado Promise Scholarship program. This scholarship requires a 3.0 grade point average to renew.

As part of its Commitment to Colorado, CSU Global provides guaranteed admission for students who have an associate’s degree from an accredited college; guaranteed tuition rates for continuously enrolled students through graduation;Ìý100-percent online, year-around classes, and discounted tuition rates for military service men and women and their family members.
